Young Women's Program

Empowering young women to understand, honour, and celebrate their bodies through education, connection, and self-care practices.

Confidence through body literacy

The Young Women's Program creates a safe, nurturing environment to understand menstrual cycles, anatomy, self-care, and the emotional shifts of puberty.

Through guided workshops, circle sharing, and hands-on education, participants learn to embrace their femininity with confidence and grace.

What participants learn

How to track and understand cycle phases, energy changes, and body signals.

Nurturing practices such as gentle movement, herbal support, mindfulness, communication, and asking for help.

Consent, safe people, healthy relationships, and confidence in their own body.

For families

Groups are formed by age range so participants learn alongside peers at a similar stage.

Parents and guardians are welcome to an information session before the program begins so the learning can continue at home.
